Your thoughts and actions need to be in sync. Sometimes I realize that I am out of the sync, and I need to decompress. Our reactions to events is the corner stone of the healthy mind building. Whatever occurs, you are the one granting the stability in your life, and nobody else.
Having strong correlation between thoughts, goals and actions, literally in that order, grants a unifying reality that keeps growing. Sometimes we fall out of sync, and that is perfectly normal. The only problem is that we’re getting complacent sometimes after the victories and we forget about our goals.
Channeling absolutely clean mind means reaching the higher plane of self control and mindfulness. Absolute discipline is the biggest enabler of success.
