Engaging into Internet Marketing can be frustrating and every now and than you can hit the rock bottom of your mood. I remember 5 months ago. I graduated and I knew I will not have a 9 to 5 job and won’t pursue career in Economics and Banking. I do owe much to my faculty for the knowledge I gained. Actually the very professors influenced my way of thinking and gave me motivation in my business endeavors. So I spent nearly whole entire months before I’ve got job as outside consultant for Beano Publishing. And from there it took a massive shift in thinking.
Basic reason why we start lacking motivation is because we have reached the plateau. We exhausted massive resources and energy into generating value for business, but we didn’t get that energy returned to us. This is the number 1 reason why 90% of startups fail withing first few years. So what to do when you reach plateau?
Take a break! Most of the times I’ve seen burning myself too hard with too much unproductive work. So my attention starts to fall of and I catch myself chatting on Twitter and “working hard” and uselessly depleting my energy in front of computer.
Plan your time! Good time management is critical, and when you follow it up it leaves you with more free time and pays off the time invested into planning. One of my personal tips is to separate work into smaller chunks with breaks in between.
Work out! You probably heard this many times before, but I need to stress this issue once more. Because healthy lifestyle with pump you out with more endorphine and overall wellbeing, thus making you more productive, creative and focused.
Following out simple guidelines where you take care of your health and wealth can put you on spiral of positive chain reaction. Maybe I had a bad day, but writing this article made me feel way better, cause it was one of the planned things from the list. Hopefully it will help you out also. Just remember, DON’T GIVE UP, because it’s all temporary and all of us who believe hard enough and who work hard enough will get our share of goodies.
