Okay, I will start off with what went wrong today. It was my diet. No I didn’t mess up and overate carbs, quite the opposite.
I haven’t ate enough. So now I will rush to get some, yep, you guessed it: CHICKEN!
If I don’t get sick by the end of these 90 days of chicken, I nevet will. I believe apart from doing hard workouts, there is still plenty of things that can be done with my mindset.
Deciding today, how you are going to go about your goals is critical in setting yourself for success. Not only in fitness, but in life in general!
You are either going to do the things that are required by you, or you will bite mediocricy. There is no middle ground for this.
I will repeat myself once more: “Go PRO, or go HOME!”
