Think that lately I am in much better headspace than where I used to be 2 years ago. And I just think that lately the material that I read and interests that I have are much, much better. My head is clean from toxicity, and just operates in the direction of growth.
Good night sleep and working out sure do help you to make more sound decisions and keep on track of your goals. But ultimately what you think and read is what you manifest into the reality.
Your thoughts actually project themselves into your health, so with that in mind, I became dramatically more in tune with what I am actually thinking. Self doubt, uncertainty and other things are all figments of my imagination.
Life and internet created a huge, and I mean really huge opportunities that enhance random connections amongst people that we’ve never seen before. This cohesion between people led us to build intercontinental teams that operate together in real time providing products and services that we could never have produced before.
Wherever you are today, thanks to the power of the internet and interconnectedness we can reshape our lives, income, friendships and coworkers to find the ultimate combination to benefit our lives. We truly live in unprecedented times for happiness, and we should never overlook this opportunity. Technology is enabling us to connect in ways that are so new to us.
We need to create a reality bubble that is conducive for our growth. The whole success comes out of defying your current reality bubble, and you are a person that creates it by choosing the right thoughts to come into it. What comes into your mind is defined by what you read, hence the choice of your information diet is critical for your psychological well being, as well as your future.
I would avoid reading anything that overstimulates your emotions, as that leaves you vulnerable to manipulation. Stimulate your mind with images and articles that lead you in a direction of where you want to be.
